Job Overview:

Finpower Aircon LLC is seeking an experienced SAP B1 Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional knowledge and technical expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1) to help us streamline our business processes, develop custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. This role is critical in ensuring the optimal use of SAP B1 to support our business operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Responsibilities:
• Analyze and map business processes related to finance, sales, inventory, procurement, and other key areas to SAP B1 functionalities.
• Configure SAP B1 modules according to business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of SAP B1.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP B1 usage.
• Technical Responsibilities:
• Develop custom functionalities using SAP B1 SDK (Software Development Kit), B1if (Business One Integration Framework), and other relevant tools.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and forms using Crystal Reports, SQL, and other reporting tools.
• Perform system integration between SAP B1 and other third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Write SQL queries and manage database tasks to support various reporting and development needs.
• Provide advanced technical support, resolving complex issues involving custom developments and integrations.
• Project Management:
• Assist in planning and managing SAP B1 implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Participate in system upgrades and ensure the integrity and performance of the SAP B1 environment.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare detailed documentation for custom developments, configurations, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all ERP-related activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP B1 advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as an SAP B1 Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Proficiency in SAP B1 module configuration and customization.
• Strong technical skills with SAP B1 SDK, C#, SQL, Crystal Reports, and other relevant tools.
• Experience in integrating SAP B1 with other systems and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of business processes in finance, sales, procurement, inventory management, and other key areas.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Proficient in developing custom SAP B1 solutions and integrating with other systems.
• Strong database management skills, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
