Job Title: Laptop Paint Sanding Technician

Location: Industrial area 1, Sharjah

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Paint Sanding Technician to join our production team. The technician will be responsible for sanding and preparing laptop surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation:
• Sand laptop surfaces to remove existing paint, scratches, and imperfections.
• Ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for the painting process.
• Clean and prepare surfaces by removing dust, grease, and other contaminants.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards before painting.
• Identify and address any surface defects that may affect the final finish.
• Tool and Equipment Maintenance:
• Maintain sanding tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the painting and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Communicate any issues or delays to the production manager promptly.
• Health and Safety:
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in sanding, surface preparation, or a similar role preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Knowledge of sanding techniques and tools.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Personal Attributes:
• Patient and thorough in completing tasks.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
