We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Salon Supervisor (Female) to be part of our team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing salon operations, ensuring staff efficiency, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or inquiries
• Oversee scheduling, appointments, and staff rotations
• Maintain salon cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor product usage
• Conduct staff training and development programs
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients
• Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the beauty industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of salon products, services, and industry trends
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in salon management software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

• Beauty Salon: 2 years (Required)
• Sales & Inventory reporting: 3 years (Preferred)
• booking management: 2 years (Preferred)
• team leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
