Operational Management
• Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure proper staff coverage and efficient use of resources.
• Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies, and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and handle repairs or replacements when necessary.
Staff Supervision and Development
• Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team to deliver high-quality service.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Address and resolve any staff conflicts or issues promptly and professionally.
Client Experience
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure all clients have a positive salon experience.
• Address and resolve client complaints or concerns effectively.
• Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to services based on their needs and preferences.
Sales and Revenue Management
• Support the achievement of salon revenue and profitability targets.
• Promote salon products and services to clients and identify opportunities to upsell.
• Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve performance.
Health and Safety Compliance
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the salon.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the salon.
Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, staff schedules, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit reports to management regarding salon performance and activities.
