Staff Leadership
• Recruitment: Assist to manager the hiring process for new staff, including conducting interviews and onboarding.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, ensuring they stay current with industry trends and techniques.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievements.
Customer Experience
• Client Relations: Foster a welcoming environment by building strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of service.
• Service Quality: Monitor service delivery and client satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and follow-up communications.
Financial Management
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the salon budget, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure financial health.
• Sales Goals: Set and communicate sales targets to the team, implementing strategies to achieve them.
• Reporting: Prepare analyzing sales trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Inventory Control
• Product Management: Maintain inventory levels of salon supplies and retail products; establish relationships with suppliers for timely ordering and delivery.
• Loss Prevention: Implement inventory management practices to minimize waste and prevent theft.
Marketing and Promotion
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones, utilizing social media, email newsletters, and local advertising.
• Events and Promotions: Organize promotional events, workshops, and other activities to engage clients and increase salon visibility.
Compliance and Safety
• Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding health and safety.
• Sanitation Standards: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon, ensuring a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Collaboration
• Team Environment: Foster a positive work culture by encouraging teamwork, open communication, and collaboration among staff members.
• Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues among staff professionally and promptly.
• Workflow Optimization: Implement procedures to improve salon workflow and enhance the customer experience.
