Salon Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a Salon Supervisor with the following job description
• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring the salon runs efficiently and clients receive top-quality service.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of hairstylists, nail technicians, and beauty professionals to deliver excellent service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage staff schedules, appointments, and ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of salon products and supplies, placing orders and restocking as needed.
• Ensure salon cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff, ensuring they meet the salon's quality and service standards.
• Promote salon services and products, driving sales and increasing revenue through upselling and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, including daily sales reports, expenses, and profitability, and provide regular updates to management.
• Create and maintain a positive, welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
