• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Salon Senior Receptionist . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in receptionist and managerial roles, with a proven track record in the beauty spa, health and wellness, or clinical industries. This candidate should possess exceptional front-facing customer service attributes and the ability to lead a team to success, ensuring employee targets are delegated and monitored in addition to meeting her own target. The position entails overseeing our women's beauty spa and lounge, ensuring impeccable customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service and Sales: Utilize your extensive customer service and sales experience to engage with clients, provide personalized recommendations, cross-sell and upsell products and treatments, and contribute to achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets as per branch quotas. The candidate is responsible for meeting the branch targets, her own targets, and aiding in meeting the targets of her employees.
• Branch Management: Supervise all aspects of the designated branch, including but not limited to employee management, task delegation, appointment scheduling, and day-to-day planning. Ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and uphold our salon's integrity.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the team of employees under your supervision. Foster a positive work environment that encourages productivity, growth, and teamwork.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer retention rates while actively attracting new and first-time clients through effective outreach strategies.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and accurate tracking. Implement standard operating protocols (SOP) to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Compliance and Protocol: Ensure compliance with all established protocols, safety regulations, and industry standards. Uphold the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness within the spa environment.
Qualifications:
• At least three years of proven experience in senior customer-facing and sales roles, ideally within the beauty spa, health and wellness, or hotel management fields.
• Strong managerial experience, including task delegation, team leadership, and day-to-day operations oversight.
• This candidate must have extensive experience using platforms such as Zenoti
• Front-facing customer service and sales behavior and attitude in ensuring best practices and experiences for the client.
• Background in receptionist roles with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and team members effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational integrity.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to manage appointments and schedules efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
• Familiarity with health, wellness, and beauty industry trends is a plus.
