Qualifications:
1. At least 2-3 years' excellent customer service and support experience.
2. Presentable, courteous, punctual and dependable, with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
3. Multi-tasking capability with strong organizational skills and proficiency in using Point-Of-Sales systems required.
4. Strong communication skills in English and in Arabic is an advantage.
5. High School Diploma is preferred, any certification in office management will be a plus.
