Job Title: Salon Operation Manager (Home Service)
Location: Office in Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our salon services. If you're passionate about the beauty industry, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a customer-centric environment, we would love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth workflows.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team to consistently meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle the recruitment and hiring of skilled technicians to ensure optimal service levels.
• Manage appointment bookings across various platforms (Fresha, Salonist, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok) and provide professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Administer and manage the salon's WhatsApp Business account, including client communication, promotions, and special offers (e.g., Happy Hours).
• Oversee financial transactions, manage cash register operations, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage inventory, including supplier relationships, stock levels, and timely replenishments.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all salon areas.
• Coordinate staff training, manage schedules, and ensure the team is adequately equipped to meet client needs.
• Drive marketing efforts to promote salon services, products, and special offers, including social media campaigns.
• Prepare daily sales reports and monthly performance updates for management review.
• Maintain and manage internal SOA (Statement of Account) using Excel.
• Address and resolve any client feedback or service-related issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in salon management or a related leadership role within the beauty industry.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of hair care services, salon operations, and best practices.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with salon management software.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a collaborative team mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Female candidates aged between 30-45 years.
• A UAE driving license is (preferable).
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Sharjah.
