Proven experience as a salon manager or supervisor, preferably in a UAE salon Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff coordination Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and resolve complaints Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team Proficient in Arabic (preferred) Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and ensure smooth salon operations Ability to maintain high salon standards and a positive work environment

Responsibilities

:

Oversee day-to-day salon operations in Al Ain, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards Manage and supervise salon staff, providing guidance and training as necessary Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and complaints with professionalism Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the salon Assist in marketing efforts to promote the salon and attract new clients Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
