Little Scissors Kids Salon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our luxury kids' salon. As the Salon Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily activities, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

-Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, and support salon staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent teamwork. Monitor attendance, performance, and training needs.

-Client Relations: Address customer inquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure a positive experience for every client. Resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.

-Operations Management: Oversee daily salon activities, including appointment management, service delivery, and adherence to company standards.

-Supplier Coordination: Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers, and ensure the timely availability of products and materials needed for salon operations.

-Service Excellence: Ensure all services meet the brand's quality standards while maintaining the luxury and child-friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in salon management or a related field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

- Familiarity with salon software and appointment management systems is a plus.
