Position: Kids Salon Manager

Location: Dubai Festival City Mall (Dubai)

We're a kids' salon from Melbourne, Australia, famous for our kids trendy hairdressing, spa sessions, magical makeovers and braiding. Now, we're opening a new branch in Dubai and we need amazing staff to join our team. Come be part of our team and help us make kids' smiles even bigger!

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Kids Salon Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our salon and ensuring that every child who walks through our doors leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching salon staff
• Creating work schedules for employees
• Inventorying salon supplies and reordering as needed
• Ensuring that the salon environment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards required by law
• Resolving client complaints
• Marketing the salon to attract new customers, building relationships
• Performing salon services for customers as needed
• Working closely with the owners of the salon

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the hair & beauty industry, preferably in a salon or spa. Experience and full knowledge of Fresha system.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating a team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Proven ability to manage salon operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and financial administration.
• Passion for working with children and creating magical experiences for them, coupled with a genuine interest in the latest trends and developments in children's hairstyling and grooming.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in salon hygiene and sanitation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the salon and its clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
