As the Salon Manager, you will be managing the front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of our salon.
MUST HAVE social media and marketing experience and be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients warmly and ensure they are comfortable
• Manage the salon appointment schedule and coordinate with stylists
• Manage the social media accounts, creating videos and uploading
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and respond to client inquiries promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Process transactions accurately using salon software or POS systems
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Assist in retail sales of salon products
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, book keeping, invoices, reports, and other documents
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management and ordering salon supplies
• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Salon supervisor, Manager or similar role in a salon or spa environment
• Knowledge of social media and content creation
• Knowledge of salon procedures and services
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Editing apps (Canva)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
