As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to help drive revenue growth and lead the next phase of our business expansion.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salon Manager with a strong focus on revenue growth and expanding our client base. This key role involves overseeing daily operations, leading and inspiring the team, and implementing innovative business development strategies that will grow our revenue, attract new clients, and elevate our brand in the market. Responsibilities:

• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including upselling services, driving repeat business, and creating new promotional opportunities.
• Business Development: Build partnerships with local schools, nurseries, and family-oriented businesses to expand our client base and brand awareness.
• Oversee daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage marketing initiatives , including social media campaigns, special events, and seasonal promotions to attract and retain clients.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor salon performance metrics , analyze sales data, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage client relationships and resolve any service-related issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory control and manage supplier relationships for optimal salon operations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets, ideally in a salon or service-oriented business.
• Strong background in business development, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team towards achieving performance goals.
• Proficiency in using Excel, salon management software Fresha, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, including social media, local partnerships, and promotions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
• Passion for working with children and creating a fun, positive experience for both clients and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid UAE driving license and car are preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in salon management: 5 years

Knowledge of FRESHA software

Proven track record of boosting the salon revenue and achieving targets

Knowledge of collaborations and partnerships to boost growth and brand presence
