Salon Manager

to join our team. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of professionals. If you have a passion for the beauty industry and strong leadership skills, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauticians, hairstylists, and support staff to ensure high standards of service.

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience at the salon.

Salon Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and ensuring the salon is clean and organized.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage the salon's budget, including revenue, expenses, and cost controls.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new clients. Promote salon services and products to clients.

Staff Training and Development:

Provide ongoing training to staff on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and customer service skills.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure the salon complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for clients and staff.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling any concerns or complaints effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Salon Manager

or in a similar role within the beauty or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of salon operations and management software. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Passion for beauty and customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in sales and marketing is a plus. Fluency in English.
