Dynamic Salon Manager for Ladies Salon

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a talented team of beauticians, coordinate marketing and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• •1. Operations Management•

o Supervise daily salon activities, ensuring smooth operations.

o Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours.

o Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.

• •2. Team Leadership•

o Lead, motivate, and train a diverse team of hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.

o Conduct regular staff performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.

• •3. Customer Experience•

o Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for clients.

o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.

o Uphold high standards of service tailored to the needs of African clientele.

• •4. Financial Oversight•

o Manage salon budgets and track expenses.

o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

o Identify opportunities to optimize profitability.

• •5. Marketing & Growth•

o Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including social media strategies.

o Foster partnerships with local businesses and influencers to expand clientele.

o Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative services.

Qualifications

• •a. Experience:•

o Minimum 3 years in salon management, with preference for experience in African hair and beauty services.

• •b. Skills:•

o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in salon management software for bookings and inventory.

o Marketing and sales acumen, especially in social media platforms.

• •c. Education:•

o Diploma or degree in Business Management, Cosmetology, or related fields (preferred).

Job Type: Contract
