Position Summary:



As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Your duties will include:



• Managing and motivating a team of skilled beauty & nail technicians
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Ensuring the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Overseeing inventory management and product procurement
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Analyzing salon performance and identifying areas for improvement

### Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beauty/Nail Salon Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in inventory management and retail software
• Valid UAE driving license
