Salon Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gentlemen's Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team of barbers, and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salon management and a passion for creating an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the barbershop, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of barbers to uphold our high standards of grooming.
• Handle scheduling, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and feedback.
• Implement and oversee marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in salon or barbershop management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current grooming trends and techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
