We are seeking a Salon Coordinator for Home Services to oversee and manage the logistics, scheduling, and allocation of staff for our salon\'s home services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the salon industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for home services and allocate staff members accordingly
- Follow up with staff members and drivers to ensure timely delivery of services to customers
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide customer support and management
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills
- Be dedicated and willing to learn new skills and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the salon and/or customer service industry.
- Candidates with work experience from Service platforms like Urban Clap, Service market, other online booking platform call center executives will be added advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer service software
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work remotely, subject to discussions
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Are you hardworking, dedicated, willing to go extra mile
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Salon or Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Technical coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Required)
- visa or able to work in Dubai. (Preferred)
