We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team and lead our talented staff while ensuring excellent customer service and operational excellence.

••Key Responsibilities:••

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage staff schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in hair services, barbering, nail care, and pedicures.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene are maintained throughout the salon.
• Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for both clients and staff.
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Keep up with industry trends and implement new services as needed.

••Qualifications:••

Proven experience in salon management or a similar role. Knowledge and/or experience in hair services, barbering, nail care, and pedicure services. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Proficient in computer skills, including scheduling and inventory management.
