We are hiring Salon Manager at our Beauty Salon Khalifa City Abu Dhabi.

Salon Manager:

Only Female Candidate can apply.

Client Relations: Ensure an exceptional customer experience, handle customer complaints or concerns, and build strong relationships with clients.

• Client Bookings and Appointments: Oversee booking systems, appointment reminders, and manage cancellations or no-shows.
• Client Retention: Implement strategies to build a loyal client base, such as promotions, loyalty programs, or follow-up communications.
• Sales and Revenue Targets: Set and monitor sales goals for services and retail products, motivating the team to meet or exceed targets
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels for hair and beauty products, order supplies when necessary, and ensure products are available for sale.
• Salon Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the salon is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Promotions and Special Offers: Create and manage seasonal promotions, packages, or discounts to boost business.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports: Track sales, services provided, employee performance, customer feedback, and other metrics to assess salon performance.
• Cross-departmental Coordination: Work closely with stylists, receptionists, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high morale.
• Team Building: Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Expanding Services: Research new services or products to introduce in the salon to meet customer needs and stay competitive.
