The Area Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and management of two premium salon locations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure high standards of customer service, and manage teams effectively. The Area Manager will work closely with salon managers to achieve business objectives, enhance customer experiences, and maintain the brand's reputation for luxury and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of both salon locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality across locations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, coach, and develop salon managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with salon managers to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Customer Experience:
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure a premium experience for all clients.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of both salons, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve financial targets and manage budgets effectively.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
• Marketing and Business Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new services and products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on salon performance, including key metrics and actionable insights.
• Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on analysis and observations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty, wellness, or luxury retail industry.
• Strong understanding of salon operations, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using salon management software and other relevant tools.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
