Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team at Styletto Women Beauty Lounge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salon management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the beauty industry. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving the salon's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage staff schedules, appointments, and salon inventory.
• Implement and maintain salon policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauty professionals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service:

• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor client feedback and implement improvements.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Promote salon services and retail products to increase sales.
• Organize and oversee promotional events and campaigns.

Financial Management:

• Monitor and manage salon budgets, expenses, and revenue.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze salon performance.
• Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

Hygiene and Safety:

• Ensure the salon adheres to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Oversee the sterilization and sanitation of tools and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in salon management.
• Proven track record of managing a successful salon.

Skills:
