We are looking for a skilled and friendly salon girl to join our team at Sunny Wellness and Medical Center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and wellness, providing excellent customer service while ensuring our clients feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied with their salon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and assist with check-in procedures.
• Provide a variety of salon services such as hair washing, basic styling, and preparation for treatments.
• Assist hairstylists and beauticians in organizing tools and preparing for services.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized salon area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about salon services and products.
• Assist in upselling salon products and treatments to clients.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of basic hair care techniques and salon procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
