As a Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing expertise to customers and supporting the smooth operation of the salon. Responsibilities: - Support stylists and beauticians with various tasks, such as preparing tools and equipment - Assist with eyelash extensions application and maintenance - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Perform makeup application for clients as required - Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on salon procedures and techniques - Assist with barbering services when needed - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences Experience: - Good hands-on experience as Nail Technician, Hair expert, Facialist - Good experience in Manicure and Pedicure - Knowledge of eyelash extensions application techniques is desirable - Proficiency in makeup application for various occasions - Familiarity with salon operations and procedures is an advantage - Strong mentoring skills to guide junior staff members - knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients We offer competitive pay rates with Accommodation, Medical Insurance and Visa.
