Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon and Spa Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon and spa. The Supervisor will ensure the seamless operation of the salon and spa, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Booking, Cashiering and Receptionist: - Manage client bookings and appointments efficiently using salon management software or booking systems. - Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of services. - Address client inquiries and requests regarding appointments and services. - Oversee the reception and ensure that area to maintain cleanliness and organization. - Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions. - Reconcile daily sales and deposits, and manage petty cash. - Address any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions. 4. Staff Supervision: - Develop staff schedule or rostering and ensure sufficient manpower are available to serve the clients. - Provide leadership and guidance to salon and spa staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and performance expectations. - Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training as needed. 5. Administrative Tasks: - Manage inventory of salon and spa supplies, and place orders as needed. - Maintain records of client information, appointments, and transactions. - Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics to be submitted regularly with the management. 6. Complaint Management: - Address and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Document and report any recurring issues to the management team for further action. - Implement measures to prevent future complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
