Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings efficiently
Process payments and handle cash/card transactions
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks and product sales
Communicate effectively with stylists, technicians, and management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in a similar receptionist role (preferably in a salon/spa setting)
Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
