Our Company is a leading retailer specializing in Kitchenware Products. We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Saleswoman to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales.

As a Saleswoman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our products. You will greet customers, assist them in finding products that meet their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in locating products. Provide product knowledge to customers and answer any questions they may have. Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs. Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves and displays. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, customer interactions, and store operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
