Our Company is a leading retailer specializing in Kitchenware Products. We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Saleswoman to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales. : As a Saleswoman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our products. You will greet customers, assist them in finding products that meet their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in locating products.
- Provide product knowledge to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs.
- Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves and displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales transactions, customer interactions, and store operations.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
