•Responsibilities: •
Tire Sales:
• Understand and promote the company's tire products, features, and benefits.
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate tire solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tire types, sizes, brands, and applications for different vehicles and industries.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads and converting them into successful transactions.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Input and update sales data, customer details, and financial transactions in the finance application.
• Generate sales and financial reports as required by management.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Prepare and present weekly or monthly sales performance reports.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.
• Familiarity with financial applications or CRM software is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and finance-related applications.
• Ability to understand and explain technical specifications of tires.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
