Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales of kitchen equipment to new and existing customers, primarily in the hospitality sector (restaurants, hotels, catering services, etc.).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as chefs, restaurant managers, and procurement specialists.
Customer Consultation:
Understand the customer's specific needs and recommend suitable kitchen equipment based on product knowledge.
Provide demonstrations of products when necessary, including their features, benefits, and proper usage.
Answer queries and resolve concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in kitchen equipment and technology.
Train and educate clients on the operation and maintenance of products.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns tailored to the hospitality sector.
Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction and proper handling of any post-purchase concerns.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, particularly within the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry, is highly preferred.
A solid understanding of kitchen operations and equipment (commercial stoves, ovens, refrigeration, etc.) is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
A background in
hospitality
or
business
is preferred (e.g., a degree or certification in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related fields).
