With a passion for pets and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we are expanding our team to include a Salesperson with CRM and social media skills to elevate our customer experience and online presence.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Welcome customers and provide expert advice on grooming packages and pet products. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions. CRM Management: Schedule grooming appointments efficiently using CRM tools and ensure smooth coordination with the grooming team. Update customer profiles with accurate and detailed information for personalized service. Monitor customer feedback, follow up on inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Sales and Promotions: Promote and upsell Petopia's products, grooming services, and spa treatments. Educate customers on ongoing promotions and loyalty program benefits. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Store Operations: Assist with restocking, inventory management, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store. Ensure the store is clean, inviting, and ready to welcome customers at all times. Social Media Engagement: Assist with creating and posting engaging content on Petopia's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Respond to customer queries and comments on social media promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers, events, and updates. Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and empathetically. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: A love for pets and a deep understanding of their needs. Experience in sales, customer service, or retail, ideally in a pet-related or service-based environment. Proficiency in CRM tools for appointment scheduling and customer relationship management. Experience managing social media accounts or creating content. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
