Job description Daily Operations

Primary responsible to increase sales by selling products and meeting the customer needs
Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Examine products being purchased for damages, expirations, and product accuracy inside the packaging.
Replenishes the stocks on display and ensures the availability of stocks in the selling area
Making sure that merchandise are arranged properly on display
Ensure a High level of satisfaction through excellent services

2. Customer Engagement

Acknowledge the presence of the customers by greeting them with a smile and maintaining eye contact.
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
Describe merchandise and explain use and operation, provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care, and maintenance of the product
extend help and assistance to the customer/patient who is in a wheelchair or with crutches, handicapped or person with a disability that might need assistance by carrying the item/s bought and assisting them in going back in their car.
