Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and an interest in the pest control industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their pest control needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Marketing Strategy:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Customer Engagement:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Educate clients about pest control solutions and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through service delivery.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign results.
• Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the pest control or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
