Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced sales & marketing executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fit-out and joinery industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build strong client relationships, and promote our services to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and joinery market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Present and promote company services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to enhance the company's market presence.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the fit-out and joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, particularly in Sharjah and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
