We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at an industrial trading company. In this role, you will help promote and sell our products, manage customer relationships, handle delivery processes, provide after-sales support, and assist with basic accounting tasks. Your efforts will be crucial in growing our customer base and ensuring satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Promote and sell the company's products to potential and existing customers - Handle and manage product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipping - Provide after-sales support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns - Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and maintaining records - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers - Monitor sales trends and provide feedback to improve products and services - Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred - Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing is a plus - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Please send your resume/CV
