We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman with at least 1 year of experience in the solar industry . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, French, and Arabic , with the ability to connect with clients across diverse markets. This role is open to male candidates only who are passionate about renewable energy and have a proven ability to drive sales in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation : Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell solar energy solutions tailored to their needs.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research : Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Site Visits and Consultations : Conduct site assessments and provide accurate recommendations for solar installations.
• Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback to the management team.
• Multilingual Communication : Use English, French, and Arabic to interact with clients and create tailored proposals based on their requirements.
Qualifications:
• Experience :
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the solar industry is required.
• Educational Background :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Language Skills :
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in French and Arabic is highly preferable.
• Personal Attributes :
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
