WRAP IT UP is a British owned Dubai based home fit out and renovaton company, offering a bespoke wrapping service to create stunning, and cost effective transformations to your home. Our Team is expanding and we are taking on larger more exciting renovation projects.

Due to growth of the company we are looking to hire a Salesman/woman/ to assist the team on a full time basis with meeting new customers and leads, Selling our services and driving business growth and managing day to day administration of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage correspondence with our customers (emails, calls , whatsapp etc)
• Business development to gain new clients and projects
• Maintain the diary or appointments and meetings
• Updating our database of customers
• Support marketing and brand developement
• Managing projects and expenses
• Will assist with clients visiting our office
• make site visits to meet potential clients
• Communicate with suppliers / contractors / clients
• File and update contact information of customers, suppliers, etc.
• Office admin and planning
• Creating designs and mood boards and 3D designs where needed
• Finance tracking, expenses, invoices, purchase records
• Preparation of letters, reports, and permits
• Acting as a key member of the team and meeting and greeting when needed
• coordinating with staff to schedule jobs and materials
• General customer service
• Must have Driving Licence

Requirements:

• Expert in MS Excel (must have)
• Expert in MS Power Point, MS Office
• Experience using Zoho Suites would be an advantage
• Must be very a organized person
• Very good communications skills and perfectly written ans spoken English
• Previous experience in Interior design / Fit-out company would be an advantage
• Education: Bachelors Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 + comms + Bonus for all new confirmed leads per month
