Product Knowledge

: Staying informed about various types of

marble and granite, including their characteristics, applications, and pricing.

Sales Strategy

: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.

Customer Assistance

: Greet and assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and providing product information.

Product Knowledge

: Be familiar with the products in your section, including pricing, promotions, and offers.

Sales & Promotion

: Suggest products to customers, promote special offers, and upsell where possible to maximize sales.

Merchandising

: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are displayed neatly, and promotional displays are updated.

Inventory Management

: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in stock replenishment as needed.

Point of Sale

: Operate cash registers, handle customer transactions, and ensure accuracy in billing.

Store Cleanliness

: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring aisles are free of clutter.

Customer Service

: Address customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Team Collaboration

: Work with fellow employees to maintain smooth store operations and achieve daily sales targets.
