We are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic experince Salesman to join our team.

: We are seeking an experienced Salesman who is fluent in both English and Arabic and has a strong understanding of electronic products, including power banks, headsets, tablets, mobiles, AirPods, and other similar items. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively engage with customers, explain the features and benefits of our products, and drive sales through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in both English and Arabic.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on electronics such as power banks, headsets, tablets, mobile phones, AirPods, and more.
• Answer customer inquiries and explain product features, specifications, and pricing.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and completing sales transactions.
• Demonstrate how products work, emphasizing key selling points.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display area.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in a sales position, particularly with consumer electronics (e.g., power banks, headsets, tablets, mobile phones, AirPods).
• Strong knowledge of electronic products and their features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with a professional and friendly attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or electronics is a plus.
