Wholesale Senior Salesman - Tailoring & Handicraft Materials

We

are a

leading wholesale trading company

in Dubai specializing in

tailoring materials, garment accessories, handicrafts, gift wrapping, and beauty & grooming products

. Our customers include

retailers, factories, and distributors

across the UAE and GCC.

We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive

to help us expand our market presence, increase sales, and build strong relationships with wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Acquisition

Identify and approach

new wholesale customers

(retail stores, small manufacturers, and distributors). Expand sales in the

UAE, GCC, and African markets

through proactive client outreach. Conduct regular

visits to retail stores

and wholesalers to introduce our product range. Convert inquiries into

repeat customers

by providing excellent product recommendations.

2. Relationship Management & Customer Retention

Maintain

strong relationships

with existing clients, ensuring consistent orders. Follow up on leads, calls, and meetings using

CRM tools

(if applicable). Work closely with customers to understand their

stock needs

and

market trends

.

3. Market Research & Competitive Strategy

Gather insights on

customer preferences, pricing trends, and competitor activity

. Suggest

promotional strategies

or

bundling offers

to increase sales. Identify potential

distributors or stockists

in new markets.

4. Product & Inventory Coordination

Ensure customers are aware of our

latest stock and product arrivals

. Coordinate with the

warehouse

to ensure timely deliveries. Provide

basic technical knowledge

about the products (e.g., materials, uses).

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of sales experience

in

wholesale trading

, preferably in

tailoring materials, handicrafts, or similar industries

.
Strong

negotiation and persuasion

skills to close deals efficiently.
Ability to work

independently

, manage time well, and meet sales targets.
Good communication skills in

English

; knowledge of

Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog

is a plus.
UAE

driving license

(preferred, but not mandatory).

Proficiency in

WhatsApp, email marketing, and CRM software

is a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

AED 3,000+ per month
