We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesman with a strong background in PU Rigid and Flexible foam chemical materials. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales experience , with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and target new sales opportunities within the polyol chemical market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of polyol chemical materials to assist customers in selecting appropriate products.
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in polyol technologies.
Provide technical support and training to customers on product usage and applications.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Track and document all sales activities and outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of two years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically in the polyol chemical materials industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of polyurethan chemicals and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Other Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license.
Willingness to travel as required.
