We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales of our products and ensuring timely collections from supermarkets. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to transparency with the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Increase our sales and reach the sales target monthly.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Constant follow up with supermarkets and retail clients to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and conduct regular visits to supermarkets to monitor stock levels and ensure product visibility.
3. Financial Accountability:
• Ensure accurate and timely collection of payments from clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales, collections, and client interactions.
• Work closely with the finance team to report any discrepancies or delays in payments.
4. Organizational Skills:
• Manage daily tasks efficiently, prioritizing activities to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Keep the management team informed with transparent and regular updates on sales activities and client feedback.
• Maintain an organized schedule to maximize productivity and client coverage.
Requirements:
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam, Urdu, Hindi, tamil languages.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
