Salesman - B2B & B2C (Flooring Industry)

About Us:
Royal Floors Trading LLC is a new and dynamic flooring company in Abu Dhabi, specializing in SPC, LVT, carpet, and laminated floors. We are gearing up to open our showroom and are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesman to join our team.

Role Overview:
This role involves driving sales across B2B and B2C channels, managing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in flooring sales and a solid understanding of the Abu Dhabi market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting homeowners, contractors, and businesses.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and on-site visits.
• Collaborate with the showroom executive to handle walk-in customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in flooring sales (SPC, LVT, carpet, laminated floors).
• Strong network and experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage both retail and commercial clients.
• Valid UAE driving license
