CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the company's CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share feedback and insights, improve sales strategies, and enhance overall customer experience.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products/services, and market conditions to effectively position and sell our offerings.
