Job Description

Generate New Business:

Actively seek out and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the client base.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Product/Service Presentations:

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively showcasing the benefits and value of our offerings.

Negotiate & Close Deals:

Understand client requirements and negotiate favorable terms, ultimately closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the company's CRM system.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share feedback and insights, improve sales strategies, and enhance overall customer experience.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products/services, and market conditions to effectively position and sell our offerings.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
