Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the aluminum and glass industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market dynamics in the construction and architectural sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

2. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear objectives and performance metrics, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and developers.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Sales Operations:

• Develop pricing strategies and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Monitor sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

5. Market Expansion:

• Explore new markets and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales , preferably in the aluminum and glass or construction materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
