Sales/logistics Coordinator

Job Description

Our client is a well-established firm dealing with the sale and distribution of graphical and packaging grades of paper in the Middle East, Asia, and Northern Africa. We work closely with some of the biggest paper mills in Asia, Europe, and South America to provide our customers with excellent service and support.We\'re looking for a Sales/Logistics Assistant who will assist in the Customer support operations of business in Dubai, Silicon Oasis area.Mandatory- Letter of Credit, Pro Forma invoice and Sales Contract.
Working days- Monday- Friday
Experience-3+years
Preferably Female candidates
Language- Tagalog, Native English - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is imperative.- Knowledge of document handling (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Vessel Certificates etc.).- Practice in dealing with Letters of Credit and coordinating the related financial transactions between clients and the banks will be seen as an advantage.- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and plenty of initiative.- A hard-working individual who is willing to take on any new challenges and learn new things.- Ability to follow instructions and take direction.- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics Navision system would be seen as an advantage.- First-rate knowledge of Microsoft Office; in particular word processing and spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
