Develop and put into action sales strategies to grow the customer base and meet growth goals. Create and oversee the sales budget for the assigned region and products. Carry out sales consultations both in-person and over the phone or networks to keep existing clients and gain new ones. Study market trends and competitor actions to spot client needs and suggest effective logistics solutions in land, maritime transportation, and storage. Create, manage, and keep track of quotes to show to clients, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time. Help the administrative team with portfolio and collection management. Work with the logistics team to build relationships with suppliers and provide top-notch customer service. Meet and monitor monthly sales goals set by the sales team. Make weekly reports on visits, calls, new opportunities, and client quotes to measure performance and find areas to improve.
Job Requirements
Education: Completed or about to complete university degrees in Administration and International Commerce, Marketing, International Business, Logistics and Multimodal Transportation, or Commercial Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 years in similar roles, with 3 years in sales within the maritime industry.
