Sales/leasing Agent

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and engage potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. Conduct market research to identify and target potential leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing expert advice. Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting properties professionally to potential buyers and tenants. Negotiate and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction. Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

? Minimum

2 years of experience

in real estate sales.
?

Valid UAE driving license

.
? Fluency in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written).
? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
? Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate platforms is a plus.
