• Develop architectural solutions using the Salesforce platform.
• Create custom Salesforce solutions to support essential business functions
• Daily maintenance of Salesforce systems and enhance long-term operations
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Design specifications for user interfaces and custom Salesforce applications
• Administer Salesforce environments, manage custom applications, user permissions
• Train users on the Salesforce platform
• Implement testing and validation to ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Certification as a Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201).
• Salesforce declarative programming and administration, including report and dashboard development, workflows, and security configurations.
• Expert in Salesforce development, configuration, and implementation, including custom objects, complex workflows, and enterprise-level applications.
• Expert with specialised Salesforce products such as CPQ, Communities, Einstein Analytics, or other Salesforce Clouds.
• Proficiency in data migration and integration tools like Informatica, MuleSoft, or Salesforce Data Loader.
• Skilled in using Salesforce APIs, including REST or SOAP services.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts
